Penny Elaine Bryan Lee, 59, of Milton, formerly of Illinois passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at her residence.  She was born March 28, 1947 in Pittsburgh, PA.  She was preceded in death her adoptive dad, Ray Bryan.  She is survived by her loving husband, Robert E. Lee; her mother and stepfather, Alice Bryan Smith and Orville Smith of St. Albans.  Penny was a graduate of the Class of 1965 of St. Albans High School.  She was an active member and Chaplain of the American Legion, Post 1205, Wood Dale, IL.  Funeral service will be conducted 2 PM Friday, June 30, 2006 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Friends may call after 1 PM, Friday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
