Obituary

Faye Ball Smith, 93, of Barboursville, passed away Friday, March 09, 2007 in Chateau Grove Senior Living Center.  Funeral service will be conducted 2 PM, Sunday, March 11, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Rev. Allen Stewart officiating.  Burial will follow in Milton Cemetery.  She was born October 29, 1913 in Cabell County, WV a daughter of the late Lucian, Sr. and Virginia Sweet Ball.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Clark Smith; and her sister, Lucille McClure.  She was a retired school teacher of 44 years, she taught at the old Fisher School on Kilgore Creek and at Highlawn Elementary, Huntington.  She is survived by her sister, Lillian Peck of Milton; nephew, Sam McClure; and niece, Vera Faith Hosler.  Friends may call after 1 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
