Obituary

Freda Billups Wallace, 93, of Milton, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2008 in CAMC – Teays Valley.  Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 28, 2008 at Forest Memorial Park, Milton with Rev. Millard Morrison officiating.  Burial will follow the services.  She was born July 30, 1914 in Cabell Co., WV a daughter of the late William Andrew and Lottie Woodard Billups.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Haskell “Hack” Clovis Wallace; her brother, Clyde Lloyd Billups; and two infant granddaughters.  She is survived by her daughter, Dr. LaDonna Wallace Childers of  Florida; one son, Berman Lloyd Wallace of Milton; three grandsons,  Andrew Wallace of Milton; Justin Barrett Childers of Georgia; Chadwin Bronson and Asya Childers of Michigan; one great grandson, Isaac Wallace Childers of Michigan; one first cousin, Ruby Woodard Hupp of Huntington; sister-in-law, Imogene G. Billups and neice, Sue Roberts of Arizona; two nephews, Dr. Charles and Rita Billups of Maryland and William “Billy” and Carol Lee Billups of Florida.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM on Friday, June 27, 2008 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
