Obituary

Dorothy A. Dillon, 81, of Barboursville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 in Teays Valley Center, Hurricane.  Funeral service will be conducted at 12 noon Friday, November 21, 2008 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park.  She was born August 2, 1927 in Chicago, IL, a daughter of the late Henry and Myrtie Setliff Mohr.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wilmen Dillon; one brother, William Mohr; and one sister, Evelyn Vance.  She is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Henry “Bob” and Cindy Dillon of Sissonville, WV, Larry and Nancy Dillon of Glenville, WV and Jerry Dillon of Milton; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Emma and Johnnie Stowers of Milton, Linda Davis of Barboursville and Brenda and Keith Williamson of Barboursville; one sister, Shirley Wilson of KY; 20 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and one on the way.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 20, 2008 at Heck Funeral Home.  The family would like to thank the staff at Teays Valley Center for the care they have given to Dorothy.
