Obituary

Audry Jacobs, 79, of Huntington, passed away Friday, January 30, 2009 in Huntington Health and Rehabilitation.  Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Burial will follow in Pete Meadows Cemetery.  She was born July 19, 1929 in Mason County, West Virginia a daughter of the late James Mervin and Melvina Holley Meadows.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Jacobs; two brothers, and one sister.  She is survived by her two sons, David Jacobs of Madison, WV and Donald Jacobs of Charleston, WV; brother, Robert Meadows of Sullivan, OH; three sisters, Bessie Carper of Lancaster, OH, Dorothy Wallace of Elyria, OH, and Mary Caldwell of Chicago, IL; numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends may call from 1 to 2 PM prior to the service on Wednesday.
