Obituary

Judy S. Quentrill, 62, of Culloden, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at her home.  Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Mark Terry and Rev. Kenneth Bell officiating.  Burial will follow in Burns Peaceful Valley Cemetery, Culloden.  She was born January 8, 1947 in Kanawha County, WV, a daughter of the late Jesse and Ruth Jane Pittman.  Judy was a member of Peaceful Valley Freewill Baptist Church, Culloden and sang gospel music for 30 years with the Peaceful Valley Singers.  She is survived by her husband, Ronnie P. Quentrill; one son, Paul Quentrill and his companion, Brenda Hess of Culloden; one daughter, Annette Torres of Culloden; five grandchildren, Jordan, Chelsea, Holly, Tanner and Robert; four brothers, Larry Pittman, Roy Pittman, Raymond Pittman and David Pittman, all of Charleston; one sister, Margie Jergenson of SC; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, January 12^that Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
