BETTY JANE HART
January 30, 1922 -March 29, 2009

BETTY JANE HART, 87, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away Sunday, March 29, 2009, in the Woodlands Retirement Community, Huntington. Services will be private. She was born January 30, 1922, in Huntington. She was preceded in death by her husband, Smith B. Hart Jr. She is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Austin Watson of Columbia, S.C., Linda Hart and Keith Ostrowski of Wilmington, N.C., Joy and Dave Freeman of Hurricane, W.Va., and Betsy and Tom Bloomer of Oak Hill, Va.; eight grandchildren, Erika DePaz, Christopher Watson, Todd Leadman, Drew Leadman, Brianna Bloomer, Jesse Bloomer, Lindsay Bloomer and Emily Bloomer; three great-grandchildren, Savannah DePaz, Hunter Leadman and Kaitlyn Leadman; one sister, Henry Mankin; one brother and sister-in-law, Owen and Esther Colliflower and an uncle, John Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Milton United Methodist Church Children's Ministries. Heck Funeral Home, Milton, is in charge of arrangements.
