Helen Maxine Henry

Helen Maxine Henry, 75, of Lesage, passed away Friday, June 6, 2014 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2014 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with the Rev. Roger Smathers officiating. Burial will follow in Greenbottom Cemetery, Lesage. She was born September 15, 1938 in Wayne County, WV, a daughter of the late Oscar K. Yates and Mary Harris Penix. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Elzie Penix; four brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her husband, David L. Henry; two sons, Harold Keith Mills and Johnny Mills, both of Catlettsburg, KY; three grandchildren, Angela Mills-Leith, Jonathon Mills and Jennifer Mills; four great grandchildren, Clark, Gavin, Christopher and Autumn; one brother, James Yates of Florida and one sister, Fay Childers of Tennessee. Visitation will be Sunday, June 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
