Maxine Clay Plumley
(June 19, 1936 ~ January 18, 2017)



Maxine Clay Plumley, 80, of Milton passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017.  She was born June 19, 1936 in New Brunswick, Canada, a daughter of the late Hayden and Inez Ellis Prosser.  She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Clay, Jr. and her second husband, Everett Eugene Plumley. Maxine worked as an LPN for the last 25 years of her career in the private sector.  She is survived by two sons, Thomas Clay III of Milton and Noel Clay of Washington, DC; two granddaughters, Tiffany Gebhard and Andrea Clay; one great grandson, Emmett Gebhard; two sisters, Tammy Booker of Ontario, Canada and Vicky Harrington of New Brunswick, Canada; and one brother, Brian Prosser of Ontario, Canada.  Visitation and graveside services will be private.  Heck Funeral Home, Milton is in charge of arrangements.
