JOSEPHINE ELAINE PEAL, 83, of Chesapeake, Ohio, died Nov. 20, at River's Bend Health Care Center, South Point, Ohio. There will be no services and she will have a private burial in Trace Fork Cemetery in Lincoln County, W.Va., beside her late husband, Carrel Peal. Heck Funeral Home, Milton is in charge of arrangements.
