ETHEL MAE CARTE
(August 10, 1921 - May 19, 2009)

ETHEL MAE CARTE, 87, of Barboursville, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at her residence. She was born August 10, 1921 in Nicholas County, WV. She was the daughter of the late Annis & Clara Brown Gray. She was also preceded by her husband Willie Carte in 1986. She is survived by six children, Margie and Chris Salvado, Drema Ashley, Sue Speece, Roger & Clelia Carte, Orville & Melody Carte, Joe Prather. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, May 24, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Henson Mortuary. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Friends may call on Sunday May 24, 2009, from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home. HENSON MORTUARY is assisting the family with the arrangements which are incomplete.
