CHARLES RICHARD TROTTIER, 58, of Milton, WV, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born June 2, 1951 in Ohio. He was married to Barbara Collins Trottier and was employed as a Chef. HENSON MORTUARY, BARBOURSVILLE, WV is handling the arrangements for the family which are incomplete at this time.
