CHARLES DOUGLAS WOODRUM
(November 19, 1929 - April 5, 2011)

Charles Douglas Woodrum, 81 of Barboursville, W.Va. went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2011 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va. with Minister Danny Evans officiating.  Entombment will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens; Barboursville, W.Va. with military graveside rites conducted by the West Virginia Honor Guard.  He was born November 19, 1929 McVeigh, KY the son of the late Frank and Ruby Fitzgerald Woodrum. He was also preceded in death by one son, Roger Allen Woodrum.  He was a retired General Manager with Martin Steel Co., a U.S. Navy Veteran serving in Korea and a member of the Farmdale Church of Christ in Barboursville, W.Va. He is survived by his wife, Clara Zetta Huff Woodrum of Barboursville, W.Va; three sons, Charles Jr. and wife, Melissa Woodrum of Charlotte, NC., Willard and wife, Karen Woodrum of Barboursville, W.Va. and Joel and wife, Sharon Woodrum of Valley Grove, W.Va; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time on Friday at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va.
