BETTY LEE SMITH
(April 2, 1929 - February 15, 2012)

Betty Lee Smith, 82 of Hamlin, WV, passed away, Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Lincoln Nursing and Rehab Center, Hamlin, WV. She was born April 2, 1929 in Clarksburg, WV, the daughter of the late, Jess J. and Margaret (McTree) McNear.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Russell Paul Smith.  Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 20, 2012 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, WV with Rev. David Vickers officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV.  Betty is survived by four children and their spouses, Paul and Nancy Smith of Barboursville, WV, Daniel and Lynn Smith, Marie and Doyle Ashley, Lee Ann and Frank Cowley all of Texas; three grandchildren, Michael, Matthew and Ashley Smith.
