LARRY MICHAEL TAFT
(May 3, 1954 - February 3, 2012)

Larry Michael (Mike) Taft, 57 of Huntington, WV, passed away, Friday, February 3, 2012 at his residence. He was born May 3, 1954 in Birmingham, Alabama the son of late William Larry Taft.  He is survived by his mother, Barbara (McCarty) Taft of Jefferson County, Alabama; two grandchildren, Tyler Gage Taft and Alyson Lee Taft and his best friend, Mary Taft of Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by two sons, Michael Larry Taft and Nicholas Ryan Taft; two sisters, Deborah Taft Best and Karen Taft Pettus. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and former Machinist. There will be no local services. Larry will be buried in a National Vetrans Cemetery in Alabama. Arrangements are under the direction of Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, WV.
