Obituary
MARTHA C. COOPER
Martha C. Cooper, 91 of Huntington, WV, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born April 5, 1921 in Lincoln County, WV the daughter of the late Leonard L. and Ulla Barker Linville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy R. Cooper in 2009. She was retired cook St. Mary’s Hospital and Marshall University. She is survived by five sons, and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Rosie Cooper , Merrill and Dorothy Cooper, Leo and Judy Cooper all of Huntington, WV, Buddy and Jamie Cooper of Milton, WV and Denver and Arbutus Cooper of Proctorville, OH; six daughters and five son-in-laws, Betty and David Poston of Huntington, WV, Pauline and Sherrell Porter of West Hamlin, WV, Deborah and Robert Mounts of Houston, TX, Eloise and Jim Parsley of Webville, KY, Agnes and Joseph Cheuvront of Huntington, WV and Margaretta Harbour of Chesapeake, OH; one brother, Theron Linville of Huntington, WV; twenty-two-grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, WV with Rev. Gordon Rutherford officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton, WV. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time on Monday at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, WV.
