BARRY ALDEN ROCAP, SR.
(September 21, 1942 - June 12, 2015)

Barry Alden Rocap, Sr, 72 of Turkey Creek, KY, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 12, 2015 at home. He was born September 21, 1942 in Vineland, NJ the son of the late, Alvin and Eleanor Augusta Wolfe Rocap. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Rocap. He was the owner of Rocap Construction Company, a licensed Auctioneer, member of McVeigh United Pentecostal Church, was a Merchant Marine and a U.S. Navy Veteran serving on the U.S. Canberra. He is survived by his loving wife of twelve years, Elaine Price Stallard Rocap of Turkey Creek, KY; three sons, Barry Rocap, Jr. of Turkey Creek, KY, Bryan Rocap of Albuquerque, NM and Brannon Rocap of Williamson, W.Va; two daughters, Eleanor Ann Rocap and Sharon Rose Rocap; one sister, Bonnie Rocap of Puerto Rico; grandchildren, Leah Nycole Rocap, Brayen Michael Rocap, Leah Dee Rocap, Terry Lee, Camille and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Friday, June 19, 2015 at the McVeigh United Pentecostal Church, McVeigh KY. with Pastors, Joey Crum and Johnny Looney officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memory Gardens; Maher, W.Va. The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the McVeigh United Pentecostal Church, McVeigh, KY. Arrangements are under the care of Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va. near Barboursville.
