RAMON EDWARD SKAGGS
(March 7, 1951 - June 21- 2015)

Ramon Edward Skaggs, 64, of Huntington, WV went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 21, 2015. He was born on March 7, 1951 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Carl Martin and Christine Viola Skaggs.  He was also preceded in death by his brothers Ronald M. Skaggs, Sr., Roger M. Skaggs, Carl M. Skaggs and Randy M. Skaggs and his sisters Rose M. Fudge and Roberta M. Thompson. He is survived by his brothers, Robert L. and Rodney M. Skaggs of Barboursville and sisters Rebecca M. Bowden and Rhonda S. Wagoner of Barboursville and Ruth M. Rivers of Romance, AR and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.  Private services are being planned for the family.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Henson-Kitchen Mortuary who is in charge of arrangements.
