Doris Ann Lambert
(November 24, 1946 -- August 28, 2016)

Doris Ann Martin Lambert, 69 of Barboursville, W.Va. went to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 28, 2016.  She was born November 24, 1946 in Cabell County, W.Va. the daughter of the late, Clarence and Ollie Kathleen Cyrus Martin. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Gregory Allen Lambert.  Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va. with Rev. Brent Gibson officiating.  She was Vice President of Cody’s electric, member of Mud River Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school, nursery, leader of youth fellowship, a 1964 graduate of Barboursville High School and a Business Management graduate of Marshall University. She is survived by her loving husband, Henry Lambert of Barboursville, W.Va; one son, Jonathan (Jennifer) Lambert of Ona, W.Va and one daughter, Racina (George) Stollings of Prichard, W.Va; brothers and sisters, Clarence Edward Martin (Sharon) of SC, William (Ada) Martin of Culloden, W.Va, Larry (Linda) Martin of Barboursville, W.Va, John (Linda) Martin of Barboursville, W.Va, James (Karen) Martin of Grey, TN, Velma Clonch of Barboursville, W.Va; Robert Martin of Grey, TN,. and Karen (Jim) Leach of Huntington, W.Va; three grandchildren, Cody Lambert and Timmy and Luke Stollings. The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va.
