Obituary

George E. Sutton
(June 3, 1923 - July 27, 2016)

George E. Sutton, 93 of Barboursville, W.Va. formerly of Struthers, OH., passed away, Wednesday, July 27, 2016.  He was born June 3, 1923 in Dodridge, W.Va. the son of the late Brady and Elizabeth Idel Willis Sutton.  He was a retired Dean of Yougstown State University, an Educator, Engineer and was a WWII. U.S. Navy pilot.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn G. Sutton. He is survived by two sons, Dana W. Sutton of Ona, W.V.a  and Jeremy D. Sutton of Australia. A Memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va. is caring for the family.
