Linda Marie Lycans Martin, 69 of Ona, W.Va. passed away Thursday, June 15, 2017 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va. She was born March 15, 1948 in Huntington, W.Va. the daughter of the late James Roy and Beulah Geneva Adkins Lycans. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and James Lycans. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, John H. Martin of Ona, W.Va; one son, Jeffrey (Inne) Martin of Ona, W.Va; three daughters, Lisa Cordell (Charles) of Clarksville, TN, Amy Lusher of Ona, W.Va. and Andrea Martin (Larry) Crestview, Fla; one brother, Glen Lycans of Barboursville, W.Va; nine grandchildren, Kayla, Johnathan, Andrew, Gregory, Justin, Kassandra, Christopher, Erik and Bradly; eleven great-grandchildren and a host of friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary; Huntington, W.Va. Entombment will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, W.Va. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va.
