Margaret Ann Tickle Turner, 92, of Proctorville, Ohio, formerly of Huntington, W.Va. and North Myrtle Beach, S.C., passed away, June 9, 2017, at home. She was born December 28, 1924, in Pulaski, VA., the daughter of the late Frank Miller Tickle and Daisy Mae Taylor Tickle. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold D. “Bud” Turner; brother, Frank Tickle, sisters Catherine Taylor Tickle and Cynthia Tickle Bexfield. She was a retired surgical nurse and homemaker and a lifetime member of Pea Ridge United Methodist Church. She is survived by daughter Catherine Sue (Dean) Dippolito and son Stephen W. (Kathy) Turner. Granddaughters: Amy Byrd (B.J.) Belcher; Elizabeth Turner (Shawn) Osborne; Autumn Dippolito (Greg) Edwards; Andrea Dippolito. Grandsons Michael C. (Rachel) Turner and Phillip S. (Heather) Turner. Great-Grandchildren: Jordan Banks, Kendal and Landon Osborne, Abram and Sylvia Turner, Mabree Edwards. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Tuesday, June 13, at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va. with Rev. Angela Gay Kinkead officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, W.Va. The family will receive friends from Noon to 1:00 PM, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Red Cross, Hospice, or Pea Ridge United Methodist Church.
