John Wayne Forbush, 63 of Barboursville, West Virginia passed away on Friday March 9, 2018 at his residence. He was born on August 8, 1954 in Huntington, WV; the son of the late Wayne Edison Bartram Sr. and Nancy Jean Riley Bartram. He was self employed and a member of First Freewill Baptist Church of Guyandotte. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Cody Williams and Jessie James; as well as a granddaughter Chelsea Cheyenne Bauman. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Joan Caldwell Forbush of Barboursville, WV; two sons, John Len Howe Jr (Heather) of Huntington, WV and James Ray Howe of Milton, WV; two daughters Mildred Nadine Forbush of Huntington, WV and Amanda Leona Jewel Forbush of Huntington, WV; three brothers, Richard Allen Forbush of Columbus, OH, Wayne Edison Bartram Jr. of Nitro, WV, and Vilas Ray Bartram of Ona, WV; one sister, Misty Dawn Muncy of Huntington, WV; seven grandchildren, Olivia Morgan Howe, Tori Elizabeth Nicole Forbush, Shaun Andrew Tooley-Howe, Kyle Hunter Bauman, Christopher Andrew Taylor, Emmolene Lorraine Patricia Bauman, Jordan Alexandria Howe, and Winston Allen Bauman; one great grandchild, Aubrey Danielle Howe; one special honorary grandson, Michael Andrew Trumbo; as well as a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 7pm on Monday March 12, 2018 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary in Huntington, WV near Barboursville, with Pastor Ray Vance officiating. The family will receive friends from 5pm until service time at the mortuary.
