Annette Lynn Spaulding Lewis, 54 of Huntington, WV passed away, Friday, August 9, 2019 in Heritage Center, Huntington, WV. She was born February 11, 1965 in Huntington, WV the daughter of Judith Adkins Spaulding of Huntington, WV and the late, Michael Spaulding. She was a homemaker and member of New Beginning Apostolic Church, Huntington, WV. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Fred Lewis and a daughter, Amber Marie Sweany. In addition to her mother, she is also survived by three daughters, Ashley Lynn Sweany, Valerie Nichole Sweany both of Huntington, WV and Kimberly Ann Sweany of Ashton, WV; half sister, Flora Bond; sister, Angela Dawn (Keith) smith of Huntington, WV and one brother, Michael Lee (Tonya) Spaulding of Huntington, WV; seven grandchildren, Cloe Marie Johnson, Madison Reva Lyann Sweany, Matthew Aaron Bills, Jr., Sophia Grace Nelson, Jeremiah Hunter Nelson, Gabriella Noel Jude and Arianna Elizabeth Jane Waugh; one nephew, Ronnie Smith and one niece, Beth Lawrence and a friend, Pauletta Lewis.
