Linda Lee Webb Halley of Barboursville, passed away, Sunday, January 31, 2021 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born March 28, 1940 the daughter of Roy Webb (Bessie) and Juanita J. Turner Wellman (Noah). In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Aubrey Halley and a brother, Tom Webb. She was the owner of Linda's Ceramics. She is survived by her two children, Debbie Bennett (Dan) and Doug Harvey both of Barboursville, WV; two brothers, her twin, Charles Webb (Faye) of Huntington, WV and Robert "Jell" Webb (Sonya) of Connersville, IN; sister-in-law, Bruna Webb of Lexington, KY; grandchildren, Chris Browning and fiancé, Kimberly, Alaina Harvey (Scott Pierson), Autumn Harvey and fiancé, Josh and Cara Blankenship (Jeremy); great-grandchildren, Adalynn, Isaac, Isaiah and Macie; many nieces and nephews and her Diamond Art Club best friends, Jane Craddock, Vickie Legg, Debbie Porter and her beloved pets, Cooper and Maggie. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary 6357 E. Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, WV with Pastor Charles "Sonny" Williams and Scott Pierson officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time on Friday at the mortuary.
