Karen Sue Arthur Johnson, 58 of Huntington, WV, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born November 19, 1962 in Huntington, WV the daughter of Richard and Joyce Basenback Arthur of Huntington, WV. She was homemaker and was Apostolic by faith. Karen loved crafts and arranging events and parties. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Roy "Butch" Johnson of Huntington, WV; daughter, Amanda (Ronnie) Smith of Huntington, WV; sisters, Mary Perry and Barbara (Mike) Hunter and Sherry (Dave) May; grandchildren, Landon and Liam Smith; niece and nephew, Olivia and Austin Hunter; sister-in-law, Clova Harris of Palm Coast, FL and a host of family and friends. Funeral services following Covid-19 guidelines will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Monday, February 8, 2021 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary 6357 E. Pea Ridge Rd. Huntington, WV with Bishop Edwin Harper and Bishop Norman Mills officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Monday at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary. Funeral Services will be LIVE-STREAMED at 7:00 PM on Monday and may be viewed at the Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, Website, Facebook and YouTube pages. A graveside service followed by burial will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV.
