Janet (Scarberry) Keyser
(October 6, 1930 - March 18, 2015)

Janet Keyser, 84, of Huntington, died Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at her home. As per her wishes, services will be private. Janet was born October 6, 1930 to the late Denver and Vesta Scarberry. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard A. Keyser, a son, Leonard E. Keyser, 3 sisters and by 3 brothers. Mrs. Keyser was a member of the Sybene Baptist Church of South Point, Ohio. She worked many years for Walmart but more importantly she was a great mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly. She is survived by 5 sons, Rodney and companion Dotty; Timothy, Gary and wife Connie, Robert and wife Tawnette, and Brian and wife Angie Keyser, all of Huntington; a daughter-in-law, Nancy Keyser of FL; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Linda and husband Art Green of FL and Janie and husband Bill Federer of KY; 1 brother, Curtis Scarberry of FL. In lieu of flowers, it is suggested donations be made to Hospice of Huntington or charity of one's choice. Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
