Loraine Tackett Taylor, 94, of Huntington, widow of Henry H. Taylor Jr. died Tuesday, March 3, 2015 in Broadmore Assisted Living, Hurricane. She was retired administrative assistant to the C&O VP of Industrial Development. Klingel-Carpenter is in charge of arrangements which will be private.
