Norma Jean Riggs

Norma Jean Riggs, of Huntington, died Thursday, January 21, 2016 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. Services were private with interment in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Norma was born In Carter County, Kentucky; a daughter of the late Seymour and Myrtle Stamper Erwin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence D. Riggs and seven siblings. She was a member of the St. Peters Episcopal Church and was retired from the Tri-State Distributing Company. She is survived by her numerous nieces and nephews. Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
