Bessie Mae Wilson
(March 28, 1945 - July 24, 2011)

BESSIE MAE WILSON, 66, of Kenova, W.Va., is rejoicing in heaven today after passing away Sunday July 24, 2011. Bessie was born March 28, 1945, in Logan, W.Va., to the late Andrew and Rene Crabtree. She was preceded in death by her sister Joyce Ann and three brothers, Henry, Darrel and Ray Crabtree. She is survived by her daughter Toni (Chris) Chadwick of Huntington and her son Gary (Kathy) Wilson of Proctorville, Ohio, and her four loving grandchildren Corey Wilson, Amber, Blake and Marissa Chadwick, along with two sisters, Dorthy (Scott) Cullars of Huntington and Faye (Bill) Norgaard of Washington state. She was retired from Calgon Carbon in Kentucky and left a host of friends and family whose lives she touched in an inspirational way. Everyone knew she worshipped God and cherished her children. Mom, you were truly a special person, and the world was better for having known you. Words cannot express how much we love and miss you. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Reger Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Tim Crabtree. Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington.
