Obituary
Jeanne Ann Leete,
84, of Huntington, W. Va., passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at her
residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 pm Saturday at the
Reger Funeral Chapel by Rev. Carol McCay. Burial will follow in White Chapel
Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. She was born March 28, 1929 in Chesapeake,
Ohio, a daughter of the late John and Martha Evans Hutchison. Jeanne was a
1946 graduate of Chesapeake, Ohio High School and was a member of the
Lavalette United Methodist Church. She was active with the United Methodist
Women; a docent at the HMOA and was the “Reading Lady” at Lavalette Grade
School. Jeanne was also a former secretary with Banks Miller Supply. In
addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Thomas
Jerome Leete and two brothers Donald Earl Hutchison and John David
Hutchison. Survivors include three sons and one daughter in law Thomas
Martin Leete of Huntington, John Charles Leete of East Lynn, WV and Robert
Scott and Stella Leete of Chapmanville, WV; daughter Julia Ann Bahleda of
Columbus, Ohio; four grandchildren Jon Bahleda , James Bahleda and his wife
Tondalaya Crites and Christopher and his wife Monica Bahleda and Elizabeth
Rector and her husband Jeff and two great grandchildren Alex Rector and
Jacob Bahleda. Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm Friday at the Reger Funeral
Home.
