Obituary
Clyde Jack Rickman,
77, of Huntington passed away Saturday December 13, 2014 at his residence.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday at the Reger Funeral
Chapel by Pastor Tom Nolan. Entombment will follow in White Chapel Memorial
Gardens, Barboursville. He was born November 4, 1937 in Huntington, a son of
the late Naaman and Minnie Chinn Rickman. Jack was a veteran of the US Air
Force. He was a retired Huntington Fire Fighter having served as Chief of
the Huntington Fire Department. In addition to his parents he was also
preceded in death by his wife Wilma Jean Shuff Rickman and a son Jack
“Wayne” Rickman. Survivors include his grandchildren “Eric” Wayne Rickman
and “Sara” S. Rickman; six great grandchildren and a sister Janet Rickman.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 pm and 5 to 7 pm Wednesday at the Reger Funeral
Home. The Veterans Honor Guard of the American Legion Post 16 of Huntington
will conduct military graveside rites.
