Christal Tabor
(May 21, 1952 - July 20, 2014)

Christal Tabor, 62, of South Point, Ohio, wife of William Hugh Tabor, passed away Sunday July 20, 2014 at her residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Tuesday at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens by Father Livinus Uba. Burial will follow. She was born May 21, 1952 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Curtis and Muriel Holbrook Thompson. She was a homemaker and the consummate mother and grandmother. She enjoyed knitting, quilting and shopping for all she held so dearly. Christal was also a fabulous cook who loved to share her bounty. Additional survivors include a daughter and son in law Monica and Faron Runyon; stepdaughters June Tabor and Melody Kipp; grandchildren Aaron and Amber Runyon, Jordan Runyon, Ally Contreras, Justin and Megan Amster, Jelonta Green and Nytiara Green; great grandchildren Madison and Wesley Runyon; two sisters and a brother in law Connie and Mark Beford and Sandra Perdue; two nieces and one nephew Missy Meachan and Nikia Hargis and Brian Mowdy and a special aunt Ruby Davis. There will be no visitation or procession to the cemetery. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family.
