Obituary
Anne Elizabeth Bradley,
67, of Kenova, West Virginia died Tuesday, April 10th, 2015 at 2:30pm at St.
Mary’s Neuro and Trauma Intensive Care Unit after a long, hard-fought battle
with Parkinson’s disease. Anne was born July 16th, 1947 in Morgantown, West
Virginia, the daughter of the late Pauline Woodall Lambert and Glen Ivan
Lambert, Sr. She was a retired thirty year employee of the Wayne County
Board of Education having taught math at both Buffalo Wayne High School and
Spring Valley High School. Anne was also a member of Madison Avenue
Christian Church where she loved singing with her choir family. In addition
to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother Glen Ivan “G.I.”
Lambert, Jr. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years W.T. “Bill”
Bradley, III. She is also survived by her two sons W.T. Bradley, IV (Beth
Bradley) of Scott Depot, West Virginia and Joshua Glen Bradley (Dr. Courtney
Bradley) of Cincinnati, Ohio, also surviving is grandson W.T. “Will”
Bradley, V of Scott Depot, WV, sister in law Kitty Carver of Kenova and
mother in law Dorthy Bradley of Kenova. We want to thank her medical care
team at HIMG including Dr. Thomas Dannals, Dr. William Beam, Kenny and Kim.
We especially want to thank Dr. Ronald Barebo, neurologist, for his
unrelenting service as he stood by Anne throughout her seven year journey
through the hells of Parkinson’s disease. Friends are welcome to join with
the family on Sunday, April 12th from 6-8 pm in fellowship and remembrance
at the Reger Funeral Home, Huntington. On Monday April 13th, friends and
family may gather at the Reger Funeral Home for visitation from 1:30- 2 pm
followed by a graveside service at 2:30 pm at Ridgelawn Memorial Park
conducted by Rev. Jamie Gump. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages
donations to Madison Avenue Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Building
Fund at 722 West 12th St. Huntington, WV, 25704.
