Elba Natalia Philippi Davis, 89 of Huntington,W.Va., passed away Friday, December 15, 2017. She was born July 24, 1928, in Arecibo, Pureto Rico, the beloved daughter of the late Gonzalo Philippi and Emma Oliveras Philippi. She was a homemaker and manager of Moore Apartments Properties. Active in civic affairs, with various Huntington-area clubs, she was a President of Westmoreland Women's Club and worthy matron of the Kenova Chapter of the order of the Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donald Eugene Davis. She is survived by a daughter, Jeannette Davis Nabatov and her husband Vadim, one son James Edward Davis and his wife Rhonda Lynn; two grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Davis and John Edward Davis and his wife Ashly. There is no visitation nor services pending.
