ROSA SUSAN TOLER
(February 19, 1947 - October 3, 2014)

ROSA SUSAN TOLER, 67, of Milton, passed away Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born February 19, 1947 in Boone County, a daughter of the late Arley Robert and Inez Mayhorn Jackson. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Margaret "Rick" Gallagher and one niece, Valerie Ball. She is survived by her husband, Troy Lee Toler; daughters, Tina Smith of Ona, and her children, Jessica and Abigail Smith of Ona, Rhonda Jones and her husband, John, of Ona, and their children, Joshua Michael and Troy Allen Jones of Ona, and Vickey Singer of Huntington and her children, Bryan Pennington of Milton, Morgan, Allison, and Chance Singer all of Proctorville, Ohio; sister, Belva "Bel" Ellis of Hewett, W.Va.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Roger and Charlene Jackson of Hewett, W.Va., Calvin and Judy Jackson of Turtle Creek, W.Va., Billy and Valerie Jackson of Cleveland, Ohio, James and Peggy Jackson of Ramage, W.Va., and Danny Jackson of Milton; brother-in-law, Arthur Gallagher of Greenview, W.Va.; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday October 5, 2014 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, and from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, W.Va., with funeral services at 2 p.m. by Preacher Richard Runyon.
