Mullins Frederick Monroe Mullins, 82, of Milton, WV, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 19, 2015 at his residence, as the Lord needed him to work on the gates to Heaven. He was a hard-working man, loved keeping busy and finding things to fix and tinker on in his garage. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. at the Wallace Funeral Home in Milton, by Pastor Bobby Ray. Burial will be at the Milton Cemetery. He was born November 26, 1933 in Milton, WV, a son of the late Osley and Ida Mullins. He was retired from the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 132, where he worked as a Pipeliner/Heavy Equipment Mechanic. He was a charter member and co-founder of Freedom Missionary Baptist Church, he belonged to the Lebanon Lodge #68 in Milton, owner of Mullins Radiator, and he currently attended Cyrus Creek Missionary Baptist Church. He is loved and survived by his wife, Phyllis Pauline (Browning) Mullins of 63 years; a daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Charles Conard of Milton; a son and daughter-in-law, Rusty and Vicki Mullins of Milton. He has two (2) grandchildren, Dustin (Amy) Conrad and Jodi Mullins Adams (David Holley); and he has five (5) great-grandchildren, Hannah Conrad, Grace Burger, Tyler Hayes, Cohen Adams and Kendall Holley; and a very special friend, Richard Watson. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be given to Cyrus Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
