JOSEPH LEE RUSSELL
(July 27, 1984 - December 30, 2015)

JOSEPH LEE RUSSELL, 31, of Milton, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015. He was born July 27, 1984, in Cabell County, a son of Hope Spracker Russell and the late James Lewis Russell. He is also survived by his aunt Gloria Tomblin; his uncle Richard Spracker and his fiancé Annie; and his cousin Melody Lyons. The family would like to thank all of Joseph's caregivers, Dr. John Parker, Teays Valley Dialysis Staff and the Paramedics and also to the staff at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Tom Hastie officiating. Friends may visit from 12 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. At Joseph's request, he will be cremated.
