Tabitha Lynn Fulks
(May 22, 1977 - July 14, 2016)

Tabitha Lynn Fulks, 39, of South Point, Ohio, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital from a long illness. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton by Rev. Ronnie Marcum. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park. She was born May 22, 1977, in Pikeville, KY, a daughter of Joyce Bragg Fulks of Milton and the late Patrick Fulks. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one daughter, Haley Nicole Eden; one son, Dustin Tyler Fulks; maternal grandmother, Havannah Bragg; and several aunts and uncles. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.
