RONNIE G. WHITE
(July 23, 1943 - July 12, 2016)

RONNIE G. WHITE, 72, of Milton, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at his home. He was born July 23, 1943, in Huntington, W.Va., to the late Eschol and Maxine Dailey White. He was also preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Jack Young. He is survived by his wife Dorothy "Doty" Gehret White; one son and daughter-in-law, R.W. and Angela White of Milton; one grandson, Zane Liam White; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Nelson and Marceil White of West Union, W.Va., and Darrell and Kathy White of Milton; one sister, Kay White of Wisconsin; and eight nieces and nephews. Mr. White was a graduate of Milton High School and Electrician School. He served in the US Army Reserves and was retired from the Ohio River Company after 33 years. He owned Custom Meats and was co-owner of Small World Day Care Center. He was member of Lebanon Lodge #68 AF&AM in Milton and attended Lighthouse Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors (fishing and hunting). Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2016, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, with Pastor Chelcie Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
