ObituaryWilliam Charles Bias
William Charles Bias, 75, of Milton, passed away August 13, 2011, at his home after a 10 year courageous battle with Parkinson's disease. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Rev. Allen Stewart. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. He was born April 26, 1936, in Cabell County, a son of the late Paul Everett Bias and Marie Mae Blankenship Bias. He was also preceded in death by his brother, David Lee Bias. Bill taught and coached all sports at Milton High School from 1959-1994. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rose Fox Bias; one son, Robert Allen Bias of Lafayette, CO; one daughter, Pamela Marie Fraley and her husband, Michael of Barboursville; one sister, Joanne Samuels of Statesville, N.C.; brother-in-law, Carl U. Fox Jr. and his wife Loanna; two grandchildren, Brennan Birch Bias and Aidan William Fraley; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. The family would like to thank their neighbors for their love and support.
