Geneva Imogene Collins
(January 19, 1929 - July 25, 2015)

Geneva Imogene Collins 86, of Barboursville, W.Va., went home to her Heavenly Father on July 25, 2015 surrounded by her grandchildren in Panama, Ny. Imogene was born on January 19, 1929 to the parents of Andrew (Gig) and Helen Cooper. She was retired from Kerr Glass Company and was also a long time member of the Milton Church of Christ where she taught Sunday school as well. She is survived by her son Dana Ferguson of Barboursville, granddaughter Tosha (Brian) Ecker of Panama, Ny, with whom she made her home, two great-grandchildren Ava Gail and Ethan Cooper Ecker, sisters Jerry Pearl of Huntington, Linda (Kenny) Hinkle of Lesage, sister-in-law Doris Cooper of Barboursville, and son-in-law Bradley Edwards of Panama, Ny. She was preceded in death by husbands Earl Ferguson and Eddie Collins, son David Ferguson and daughter Carolyn Edwards. John 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am resurrection and of life. He that believeth in me though he were dead, yet shall he live. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Chautauqua County Hospice, 20 W Fairmount Ave Lakewood Ny, 14750 or charity of choice. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
