Freddie Ester Underwood Harshbarger
(May 20, 1934 - October @4, 2022)



Freddie Ester Underwood Harshbarger, 88, of Mt. Juliet, Tenn., was called home to be with the Lord on October 24, 2022. She was born May 20, 1934, and is now rejoicing with her husband Harry (Ronnie) who passed 6 months ago on April 17, 2022, son Stephen and parents Sherman and Ruth Underwood. Freddie is survived by her son Roger (Cyndi) Harshbarger, special granddaughter Carlie Marie, sisters-in-law, Peggy Harshbarger Mayo and Mary McCallister; nieces Kimberly Klemm and Heather Harshbarger; nephews David Scott Mayo, Richard McCallister and several great nieces and nephews. Born and raised in West Virginia, she worked at the Nickel Plant for 28 years before leaving the area. Freddie enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and especially her granddaughter Carlie. Her hobbies were reading, quilting, and she had a great love for football and car racing that was shared with her husband Ronnie. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, November 4, 2022, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel in Barboursville with Pastor Greg Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
