Effie May Spradling, 69, of South Point, OH, died Tuesday July 4, 2017 at her residence. Effie was born November 5, 1947 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Leslie and Myrtle Ferguson Carter. Her husband John Robert Spradling also preceded her in death. Survivors include one daughter, Grace Spradling, one son, Harold Spradling and wife Heather all of South Point, OH, seven grandchildren, Kyle, Shelby, Lilly and Kaylon Spradling, Gavin, Myleaha and Jacob Crockett, three great grandchildren, Sean, Zoey and Skylar Brazis. There will be no service at this time. Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
