Donald Lloyd Spencer
(January 24, 1939 - February 18, 2018)

Donald Lloyd Spencer, 78 of Vinton, OH passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  He was born on April 24, 1939 to the late Noah Spencer, Sr. and Agnes (Atkins) Spencer.  He leaves behind to mourn his loss; his loving wife, Naomi Spencer; children, Donna Thomas (Bill) of Vinton, OH, Debra Spencer (Paul Cremeans) of Langsville, OH and Lloyd Spencer of Huntington, WV.  Also, surviving are his siblings; Noah Spencer, Jr. (Betty), Mary Ann Branden (Mike), Judy Howard, Sharon Brown (Kenny) and Jimmy Spencer.  At this time, there will not be any services held with the funeral home.
