Obituary

MARY CUPP, 78, of McKinney, Texas, formerly of Milton, passed away Sunday, February 29, 2004, in Homestead Nursing Home, McKinney, Texas. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, March 4, 2004, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with the Rev. Chuck Elkins and the Rev. Harry Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born September 15, 1925, in Mingo County, W.Va., a daughter of the late John and Antonia Morock. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Cupp; three brothers, Steve Morock, Edward Morock and Frank Morock; two sisters, Sophia Jobo and Francis Koeffer. She was a member of Zoar Baptist church for 30 plus years, where she served as church secretary. She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Cowley of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Justin, Dale, Steven, Melissa and Misty Marksberry; special niece, Mary Sheppard and her husband Bill; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
