Obituary

NOLA JEAN DEAN, 66, of Ona, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, July 17, 2005, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with Pastor Larry Skidmore and Pastor Doug Spurlock officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born March 22, 1939, in Cabell County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Mildred Mobley Scarberry. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Robert "Bob" Scarberry. She is survived by her husband, Clinton Dean; two daughters and sons-in-law, Gloria and Jack Lee of Huntington and Rhonda and Charles Blosser of Lesage; two sons, Randy Dean of Ona and Stacy Dean and his fianc++, Tonya Barrett of Ona; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Lawrence and Juanita Scarberry of Ona and Fred and Patricia Scarberry of Lesage; one sister, Glenna Mehler of Circleville, Ohio; and five grandchildren, C.J., Shawna, Brittany, Tosha and Derek. Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
