Sally Farley Adkins, 66, of Huntington, wife of Bobby Adkins, passed away Sunday October 15, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Thursday at the Jefferson Ave. Church of God by Pastor Ronald Joplin. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton, WV. She was born February 7, 1951 in Midland, Mich., a daughter of Jack and Corabel Moore Cook. Sally was preceded in death by her first husband Paul “Hack” Farley; daughter Paula Farley Young; brother Jack Cook, II and mother in law Sallie Farley. Additional survivors include two daughters and sons in law Beth and Gary Toppins and Renee and Allen Steele; grandchildren Hope, Garrett and Hannah Toppins, Andrew Simmons and Allison and Isabelle Steele; brothers and sisters in law Jim and Kit Cook, Ed and Marian Cook, Bob and Celeste Cook and Ken and Jackie Cook; sister and brother in law Diane and Jim Combs; several nieces and nephews; father in law Paul Farley; sister in law and brother in law Millie and Greg Tomlinson and brother in law and sister in law Stewart and Sheila Farley . The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staffs of Cabell Huntington Hospital’s ER and ICU for their excellent care of Sally. Reger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
