Obituary

EMMA MAE DEAN
(May 5, 1935 - June 9, 2015)

EMMA MAE DEAN, 80, of Ranger, W.Va., passed away June 9, 2015. She was born May 5, 1935, in Ranger, W.Va., a daughter of the late George Freeman Noe and Tennesse Bryant. She was also preceded in death by her husband Emmett Dean; brothers Wade Patterson Noe, George Freeman Noe Jr., and Richard Bryant; and sister Maggie Jewel Smith. She is survived by her five children and their spouses, Freeman Edward and Charlene Noe, Freddie Clifton Dean, Linda Marie and Thomas Neal Smith, Roger Lee Dean and James David and Becky Dean; sisters Dicie Elizabeth Fulks, Donzil Ruth Fulks, Diana Jean Blank; and one brother, Ab Bryant; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Earnest Vance and Rev. Rodney Vance. Burial will be in Green Valley Cemetery, Branchland, W.Va.
