Obituary

NOEL D. SAYRE, 37, of Huntington, W.Va., died Thursday, July 3, 2008, in Southern Ohio Medical Center, Portsmouth, Ohio. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Huntington. The family will receive friends after noon at the church. Inurnment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, W.Va. He was born January 21, 1971, in Huntington, a son of the late Paul A. and Genevieve Darden Sayre. Noel is survived by his cousins, Judy Booth and her husband Jack of Huntington and Janice Wilson of Surfside Beach, S.C.; his loving girlfriend, Christy Turvey and her children; his special friends, Jerry DeCicca and Sean O'Neill, and the members of his bands, Pretty Mighty Mighty, The Black Swans and the Good Ol' Boys and Girl. He is also survived by George Beter and the Blain Family who have shown Noel much love and support over the years.
